SERVPRO of Iowa City/Coralville provides content cleaning services when fire, water, sewage, or mold remediation occurs. When any of these disasters occur, we will be there to help. Not only do these situations leave the structure a mess, but it can damage your valuable contents as well. When fire affects lives they think the fire has stolen their contents. At SERVPRO, we have specifically trained content cleaning personnel that will help to restore your personal belongings back to preloss conditions. We start by taking a detailed inventory of your belongings and carefully packing them into boxes as to not damage anything. In the industry this process is called a "pack out". This would include any item that SERVPRO cleaning staff and you deem salvageable including:  clothing, shoes, rugs, drapes, linens, décor items, electronics, dishes, books, and other miscellaneous items around the home.  The items are then taken back to our facilities where SERVPRO uses different methods of restoration to carefully bring life back to your belongings as quickly as possible. This includes our ultrasonic machines.

After the cleaning process has taken place, your personal contents are stored in an environmentally controlled space for safe keeping until your home or business is ready.
